We want to be fair to all of our customers when it comes to shipping charges. Below is the procedure for how shipping charges are added to orders

  1. Once you place your order through PayPal™ we do not charge your account.
  2. We will put your order together at our warehouse, and figure out the exact shipping cost.
  3. If the cost of shipping is 15% or under the original transaction amount, we will process the transaction and ship out your products using the least expensive method. If you would like to know the shipping cost before we process the transaction or need to expedite the shipment, either let us know that in the order notes, call, or email us to let us know and we will contact you before shipping.
  4. If the cost of shipping is more than 15% of the original transaction amount then we will void that order, then contact you via phone and/or email to confirm shipping charges and send a money request out for the new total.

Why do it this way?

Because as of right now, we do not have a way of accurately figuring out and applying shipping costs during checkout. We could charge a flat fee based off of weight to everyone, but that wouldn't be fair to our customers because some people would be over-charged, and some people would be under-charged. By waiting until we know what it will cost, we save our customers money
